 At Nail Wave, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our press-on nails. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below is our return policy for online purchases.

 

Time Frame for Returns:

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Condition of Returned Items:

- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns of used products due to hygiene and health concerns.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

- Custom orders or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Sale items are also non-returnable.

 

Process for Returns:

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@nail-wave.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

2. After approval, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label.

3. Pack the items securely and include the original packing slip.

4. Send the package using the provided shipping label.

 

Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Additional Information:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
